1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Account details— your name, email address and phone number, given when you create an account at checkout.
- Delivery details— the street address, city, state and pincode you ask us to ship to.
- Order history— what you bought, when, the amount and the payment method you selected.
- Support messages— anything you send through the support form, including the order it relates to.
We do not ask for, store or process card numbers, UPI PINs, net-banking credentials or any other payment secret.
3. Why we use it
- To pack, ship and deliver the order you placed.
- To let you sign in and see your own order history.
- To answer the enquiries you send us and follow them to a resolution.
- To meet tax and accounting obligations that apply to a sale.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Where it is stored
In this build of the store, everything you enter — your account, cart, orders and enquiries — is saved in your own browser's local storage on the device you are using. It is never transmitted to a server, so clearing your browser data deletes it permanently, and it will not appear on your other devices.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use browser local storage to remember your cart between visits and to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking site data for this domain will stop the cart and sign-in from persisting.
6. How long we keep it
- Account and address details: until you delete your account.
- Order records: as long as tax law requires us to retain sale records.
- Support enquiries: up to 24 months after the issue is resolved.
7. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Show you a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Delete your account and the data attached to it.
- Stop using your details for anything beyond completing your orders.
Write to privacy@nananuts.in and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Children
The store is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will remove them.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and move the “last updated” date above. Material changes will also be announced on the storefront.
